Plus… Achtung Achtung!

The Nazis have made significant advances this week. A large invasion of Nazi autobiographies and biographies, mostly long out of print titles, have descended en masse in our upstairs war section.

The Allies are fighting them in the air and on the beaches so be in quick.

Titles include those on Eichmann, Von Rundstedt, Goering, Schacht, Ribbentrop, Hess, Von Papen, Speer, Bormann, and of course the big cheese himself, Hitler. The whole ghastly old gang in fact, some of them writing their piece in jail, or just before the hangman struck.
Also, in keeping with our up-in-the-air theme this week, autobiographies by Hitler’s two favourite pilots, Hans Bauer and Hanna Reitsch.
