Nutrition, a sequel to The Nature of Substance, is the result of twelve years work at the Klinish-Therapeutischen Institut at Arlesheim in Switzerland. Here Dr Hauschka found fresh insight into the principles of digestion and was able to evolve a practical system of nutrition suitable at the present time.
