This book is the first about all of New Zealand’s 37 premiers and prime ministers, each with his or her lively and informative chapter, lavishly illustrated with cartoons and caricatures. All were extraordinary people who deserve to be remembered. The introductory chapter assesses the successes and failures in a job that has changed hugely in scope and complexity over the last 150 years. Written by Ian F.
